Once confirmed and paid, an order cannot be canceled by the customer.

No refunds are allowed during the preorder phase, even in the event of a change of mind. By placing a preorder, the customer expressly agrees that the product is being made or reserved specifically for them, and therefore waives the right to cancel or withdraw the order, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees.

In the event of a size issue, we offer exchanges (same product, different size), subject to product availability.
Return Procedure:
Customers must contact our customer service through the contact page at https://viecheremonaco.com/contact to request an exchange.
The return address will be provided by our team. Products must not be sent to the head office.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error or defect on our part.
Products are offered while supplies last.
In case of unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed and offered an exchange or store credit.
If a product arrives defective (manufacturing defect), please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. An appropriate solution (exchange or store credit) will be offered.
VIE CHERE MONACO cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure (delivery delays due to shipping carriers, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
